It's not a very nice day, but we wanted to do one more stairway walk, and I found a really good one in Sausalito. It was beautiful---the stairways themselves were beautiful, ivy covered, flowers, in between gorgeous homes. There was even moss on the steps, though fortunately not slippery. Narrow lanes in between curvy streets, it was hard to find the stairs.
We started up in the hills, and walked down to the main street in Sausalito, where the tourists all go and the ferries are. The shops are fun to look at, and as we walked, we smelled fragrant flowers and foliage, interspersed with garlic and pasta.
It was really a good walk, but very strenuous! Both of us feel it in our knees, and were trudging along by the end of this one. It was short, about a mile and a half, but mostly either uphill or downhill.
We are now watching MSU in the final four. I am nervous, they are not hitting shots. Pat
