Today is the first day of 2010. Last night we rang in the new year at Martha's table in Suttons Bay Michigan. We started the evening at Ruth and Tom's for appetizers and met their neighbors. We then moved on to the restaurant. Believe it or not, we had the restaurant to ourselves. Tom and Ruth, Barbara and Harvey, and Pat and me. The food was fantastic, and it was fun to hang out with Martha who is a friend of Ruth's from way back. Pat had lamb, and I had a stuffed pork tenderloin.
We now have to start thinking about packing for the trip, and finishing a couple of projects here before we leave. On top of that we have some doctor's appointments (routine), dentist appointments, eyeglass appointments, and every day stuff. We should be busy before we hit the road on January 24.

Sounds like you had a great New Yr's Eve. I haven't been to Martha's yet - how about we go sometime this summer?
