We got to Utah Thursday, stayed until Sunday the 1st of Feb. We had a great visit. We mostly babysat for Isaac, as Matt and Rachel had tickets to 3 Sundance films. They were thrilled we were there to help out, so they could take in the festival. We were thrilled to see them and the star of the show, Isaac!
We had some free time on Friday and went back to the Olympic Village in Park City. We love this place, and thought it would be hopping as it's right before the Olympics. The Canadian team was there, practicing on the Nordic ski jump, so we got to see their amazing athletes. We then took a tour of the place, hadn'd done this before. It was really interesting, as they took us to the top of the ski runs and also, the luge, bobsled track. I was nervous at the top! Dan took the picture of the stairs, so I suppose it qualifies as a stairway find. I did NOT walk it!

After Salt Lake, we are headed to Reno and Lake Tahoe for a couple of days before ending this part of the journey in Novato.
