We've been a little busy, some of it routine stuff, so not worth blogging about, but some of it noteworthy.
On Saturday, we drove to Berkeley to visit Jay's friends, Erin and Nat, Silas, and new baby, Caleb ! Erin is a really nice woman, who we have known since Jay's Oberlin days. Her mom, Lee was visiting, as were Nat's parents. We had a nice visit, and we enjoyed them a lot.
We then went to the UC Berekely Museum of Art and Film. It was not really very interesting, very little in it, we were surprised by this. I would have expected it to be much better! They did have a photographic exhibition of Jews in Shanghai after the war.
Later, we had a nice meal at Izzy's, an old fashioned steak house in Corte Madera. It was really a nice meal, just the two of us.
